Air Fryer Breaded Pork Chops

Serve with your favorite sides - I steamed an artichoke, some asparagus and had a Blueberry Feta salad with it.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. breaded boneless pork chops
  • 2 tbsp. cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium artichoke
  • 12 asparagus spears
  • 1 cup blueberry feta salad kit

Directions

  1. Preheat your air fryer or oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the pork chops on parchment paper and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach your desired crispness.
  3. While the chops are cooking, heat the cream of mushroom soup. You can thin it with a little water if desired. Prepare your sides at the same time.
  4. Steam the artichoke for about 30 minutes.
    Steam the asparagus for about 6 minutes.
  5. Once the pork chops are done, transfer them to paper towels and let them rest for 5 minutes to drain any excess grease.
  6. Plate the pork chops with your sides and spoon the soup over the top.
