Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tsp. Sugar-free sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 tsp. Shaved dark chocolate or mini dark chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1 tbsp. crushed graham crackers for a “crust” vibe

Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese, vanilla, and sweetener to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, like cheesecake filling.
  3. Spoon into a bowl.
  4. Top with fresh berries and shaved dark chocolate.
  5. Add crushed graham crackers if you want that classic cheesecake texture contrast
