Ingredients

  • 16 oz broccoli slaw mix
  • 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp light mayo
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1/4 sweetener of choice
  • 1/3 cup rasins/craisins/dried cherries
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/8 cup sunflower kernels
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits

Directions

  1. Mix yogurt, mayo, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl until well combined. Salt and pepper that to taste.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and still well. This is best when left to set in the fridge for a few hours or over night.
