Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fat free cottage cheese
  • 1 lb. Cooked chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 oz. Ranch seasoning & salad dressing mix
  • 8 oz. Chickpea pasta shells

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, blend cottage cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning packet until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Dice or shred 1 pound of cooked chicken breast. Add sauce to mixture.
  4. Once pasta is cooked, combine pasta and sauce/chicken mixture. Add cheese if desired.
