Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

  1. Whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, shredded cheese and garlic powder until smooth. Don’t over mix.
  2. Divide into 4 biscuits
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
