  • 3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. salsa
  • Optional: crushed tortilla chips, corn, avocado

Directions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a bowl.
  2. Top with beans, tomatoes, and salsa.
  3. Sprinkle crushed chips on top for crunch if desired.
