Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 1 ounce au jus gravy mix
  • 1/4 cups unsalted butter
  • 5 Pepperoncini peppers

Directions

  1. Please chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle au jus gravy mix and ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Sliced butter into small pieces and place even on top of chicken.
  4. Sliced peppers and add on top (this is optional and can be omitted if you do not like peppers).
  5. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
  6. Once cooked through, shred chicken. Add back into crockpot and mix with the buttery sauce.
