Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 cup sugar-free original barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup Diet Coke

Directions

  1. Add chicken to slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder over chicken.
  3. In a small bowl, mixed together, Diet Coke and barbecue sauce. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Remove chicken and shredded it. Add it back to the slow cooker and store everything together.
