Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, whipped topping, sugar-free lemonade drink mix, lemon zest, and lemon juice (if using). Mix until smooth and fluffy. Taste and adjust the lemonade mix as needed.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the mini graham cracker crust cups.
Optional: Skip the crusts and serve the filling as a dip with fresh fruit or graham crackers.
