This easy recipe for the grill or oven makes a nutritious meal with little clean up! Great on the grill for the summer days you don’t want to heat up the kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 12 oz frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 400°F.
  2. It cooking in the oven, dump the bag onto an oiled sheet pan and spread out. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip the food at about 5-10 minutes left and enjoy!
  3. If cooking on the grill dump bag onto foil and add to grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes then toss and cook for another 3-4 minutes until internal temp of chicken reaches 165°F.
