Ingredients

  • 14-16 oz bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • ⅓ cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix and Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix mayo, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
    Toss slaw with dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Garnish and serve immediately or refrigerate overnight for stronger flavor!
