Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 30 oz. Country style hash browns
  • 1 1/4 cup 98% fat-free cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1 3/4 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 medium onion

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Thaw out a bag of frozen hash browns.
  3. Chop onion and instead aside.
  4. Once the shredded hash browns are thawed, in a very large mixing bowl, mix all of the ingredients until combined.
  5. Add mixture to grease 9 x 13 baking dish.
  6. Cook for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F
  7. When done split into eight servings.
