Heat oil or spray in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, season with taco seasoning. Cook 7–9 minutes, breaking it up, until browned. Add corn and beans to a pan, heat on medium-low heat until warmed through.
Make the sauce: Mix Greek yogurt and salsa in a bowl while the meat is cooking.
Once meat is finished and sauce is made, it’s time to make the bowls. Divide taco meat into 4 large bowls. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn. Give everything a good mix.
Add finishing touches: Sprinkle crushed chips on top. Add lime or cilantro if using.
