  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Veggie Topping

  • 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • ½ cup cucumber, finely diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • Mini sweet peppers
  • Cucumber slices
  • Celery sticks
  • Whole grain crackers
  • Pretzel thins
  • Low carb tortillas

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and ranch seasoning. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
  3. Top with the broccoli, cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, and green onions.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
