A light and creamy fruit salad made with mandarin oranges, sugar free gelatin, and whipped topping for a sweet, refreshing treat that’s perfect for any occasion 🍊
1 package Vanilla sugar free instant pudding & pie filling
8 oz. Zero sugar whipped topping
1 package Sugar free orange gelatin dessert
30 oz. Mandarin oranges in water
Directions
Start by draining your oranges and crushed pineapples very well, getting them as try as possible (can use fresh fruit if desired). Set aside.
Boil 1 cup of water. Combine cup of boiling water with the box of orange gelatin mix. Mix well until dissolved. Add in the remaining half cup of cold water. Mix well. Stick in fridge for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from fridge and whisk in pudding mix. Once incorporated very well, return it back to the fridge for another 15 minutes.
After it's chilled 15 minutes, add in the 8 oz container of Cool Whip.
Fold in the drained mandarins and pineapples.
Cover and return to the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
