Pancakes.. but you don't have to flip them. This protein pancake bowl is comforting and delicious!

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup egg whites (or 2 large egg whites)
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • Optional: protein powder, berries, sugar-free syrup

Directions

  1. Blend ingredients (no toppings) in a food processor.
  2. Pour into a small oven-safe dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Top with berries and syrup, if desired.
