Ingredients

  • 1/2 package sugar free chocolate pudding & pie filling
  • 1 bottle chocolate protein shake
  • 2 tbsp. Powdered peanut butter (90% less fat)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer until all big clumps are gone.
  2. Let's sit in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to thicken up.
