This is a perfect way to get your protein in and STILL eat pizza! This crust tastes like the real deal!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 cup part skim mozzarella
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a high powered blender of food processor.
  2. Spread mixture on a parchment paper lined pizza pan.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Let cool and top with favorite pizza toppings.
  5. Put it back in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
