Ingredients

  • 2½ cups tri-color slaw mix
  • 1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2½ tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the red cabbage and combine it with the tri-color slaw mix in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and rice vinegar until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add the sliced almonds and gently mix.
