Ingredients

  • 1 cup Low-fat cottage cheese
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. Ranch seasoning (optional)
  • Veggies for dipping (cucumbers, peppers, carrots)

Directions

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese and seasonings until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. That’s it! It can’t get any easier than that. Serve as a dip with your favorite fresh veggies, pita bread, etc.
